the worst part of corsa is low mileage/fuel economy
it can be solved by the following tips.

The opel corsa is the most safest and rugged car in its class,not a city car,it shows its true colour on a highway.The car is ideal for long drive.
The ride comfort is definitely greater than esteem,indigo,ikon,city on long drives,the ride comfort is higher due to the fact that the car is pretty heavy compared to other models in its class.
But it loses out to city on mileage and throttle response as a city car.The city is also as safe as corsa.The first impression when u drive this car u feel u are riding an american vehicle,the car can go at very high speeds on a high way,there is a bit of a body roll as this is made for highways,the car is very stable at high speeds.

To get a good mileage you should take care of the following things.
1.always keep the tyre pressure 29.

2.if u feel the fuel economy is very bad then  go to Gm ask them to clean IAC valve
this will cost u Rs400/- but will definitely increase fuel efficiency by atleast 50%
IAC=idle air control,u cant do it at home bcos  for  cleaning  this ou need  a  spray called 
carburetter cleaner spray, sometimes the gasket gets damaged & ECU values also gets altered
so better take it to GM they will do this work very fast with their tools

3.if the yellow warning light appear the go to gm and re-enter ECU values

4.always try 2 go in 4th or 5th around 55-65 kmph

5.add IFTEx systemG

6.go for RELIANCE petrol if possible

7.There is also another way of improving the fuel economy and power,by fitting expensive airf filters which are used in rally type cars,these cost around rs 5000/-i havent tried it myself but they claim it can do wonders.

with reliance fuel & iftex i am getting around 12.5-13 in city and 14.5-16.5 on highways(with A/C on)
all this happened after cleaning IAC valve

the important thing with this car is that we have to maintain it well even in the minute details like
tyrepressure,coolant ,engine oil,ECU values,all these must be wellmaintained otherwise the fuel economy drops to 10-11 kmper litre.

Anothermain thing i have noticed it is that the A/C knob often fails in somecars.if we take 2 GM it will cost u more.so go to a local AC mechanicask him 2 take 2 wire parallel and connect it 2 another switch whichcan be placed near the steering,this switch can be used as a parallelswith if the ac knob fails

the best mileage i got on corsa was 18.5km per litre (on reliance fuel ) with AC on,you might hav read that fiesta got 22km/litre,but that is under ideal conditions in a test track,if u could drive on a straight highway at exactly 60kmph in 5th then even corsa can clock more than 21km per litre,but who will drive at such sluggish speeds when your car can attain more than triple that speed,and also how many good high ways do u find in your locality,the opel corsa is an american product made for highways,in lower gears dont expect much from corsa.

about reliance fuel till now there is no adultration in reliance fuel outlets,bcos there trucks are tracked by gps navigation systems,and the tanks have an imported japaneese lock,which is not easy to tamper with (they claim so )
price compared to other petroleum companies,so some dealers are eagerly waiting to tamper with those security measures and adulterate the fuel and make some extra penny.
if you dont get the above fuel dont worry go to a dealer where u can get unadulterated petrol then add that fuel additive system g,there willbe some improvenent.
