Pros:
Audio mode, digital eye, channel skip, Hotel mode
Cons:
Zoom not good

This piece is a good value for money. It has lot of features that will cost you more in other brands. It also has a great look.

There are four user modes. You can customize each user mode
by storing the channels that you are interested. For example, you can group news channels, music channels, sports channels into a particular user mode. Or alternately, each of your family members can store the channels that they want to watch in a user mode.

The digital eye feature is a good one. It automatically adjusts the brightness, contrast and color, so that your eyes are not strained. The audio only mode is a good add-on. It allows you to hear the audio while switching off the video. You can switch to a music channel, enable the audio only mode and enjoy the song.

The channel skip feature allows you to skip the unwanted channels. The channels selected to be skipped won’t show up when you browse the channels. However, if you press the memory location, the channel can be viewed.

There are four audio preset modes. Apart from the usual surround option there is also a Bass Boost option for you. There are four video preset modes and an additional skin tone mode.

The timer option allows you to switch on a particular channel at a preset time. For this to work, you have to keep the TV in the standby mode.

When you select the Hotel mode, the volume cannot be increased beyond a certain limit.

The zoom function is not good. It actually stretches the image vertically. Better to view in Normal mode.

But, the TV does not have the 29 inch screen that they claim. I measured the screen and found that it is only 27 inches. When I went to purchase, I actually asked the sales person to measure the screens of other brand (Sony and Philips) TVs. To my surprise, they too had only 27 inch and not the claimed 29 inch. No idea the reason behind it.

Purchase Price (INR): 17,200
Duration of use: Less than 6 months
