I am Talking about
Onida 29 inch Oxygen 600 which I bought on 20th Oct 07 and is a good enough deal.
Contrary to the comments which I read on this section, I did not find it hard on any features. My views are as follows:
1.
No Black or any line when DVD player is attached, I first enquired in the Onida Service Centre and they said they have come out with new series of system and then I checked on the retail store...there was no line or any disturbance and still there isnt any.
2.
Remote is not tough at all, you will find it easy in just 2 days (after Demo).
3.
About picture being blurred, on this if you are having Cable connection you might get some channels blurred but not ones on main frequency. There are 2 modes of correcting this error, with
DVMC ON or OFF. I get absolutely clear picture on 99% of the channels with DVMC - OFF .
I dont know abt Dish or Tata Network may be you wont get blurred image at all.
I totally agree with the suggestion that if you wanna judge images watch News channelsand see the News strips from corner to corner. you will get the answer yourself.
As far as
Sound is concerned in both 600 and 1200 series(with woofer) the Sound is really good. Yes there is a notable difference between 7-8 in Volume but that is not so negative.
I would rate the TV 8.5/10 as there may be only 1 or 2 TV company which may provide a betterTV but may be none as many features as this.
