IN VIDEO MODE A PERMANENT LINE / BAND COMES ON LEFT
HAND SIDE, WHICH IS VERY IRRITATING, IT REMAINS IN VIDEO MODE, EVEN IF
VIDEO PLAYER IS NOT CONNECTED / PLUGGED IN.

Onida service people tells that this exists in all oxygen models, how these people can sell all oxygen models without even testing a video mode and they are not very serious in repairing, one person visited and said its not a big problem and not yet resolved, on asking for exchanging the tv, he told he will speak to his senior and get back to me and then he told problem can be solved by changing the PSP and he will visit on Monday, after 2 weeks he didnt come, I again called customer service, spoken to head technitian and he was so cool telling it’s a mere line, its not a problem. On arguing he asked for a week time. Still he has to get back to me, but his attitude was non serious.

As per them all models have problem, then why they have sold so many televisions, all people I know who have oxygen 29 have one or another problem

My complaint no. is 306381274, launched in Ulsoor Service station, Bangalore and its being a month problem is reported. I purchased tv in march end and since we never had dvd player we never checked it, when we connected to dvd player, we noticed the problem
