Please do not buy Onida window Ac I have had a very bad experience with this company. 2 years back I purchased it and withing two months of purchasing it started troubling us.
After making a complaint to the onida customer service as it was in warranty the technician visited us and informed that the problem is with the compressor imagine a new ac within two months and compressor issue they said its in warranty and will be replaced which will take 15 days that too in the peak summer season I had no choice but to wait but it took onida people 1 moth to get the compressor after several follow ups with distributor and customer care. It was a horrible experience I must say and I strongly feel sale after service is very important . Will never ever buy any product of Onida.I wish I could give zero in service and support.
