This air conditioner I had purchased four years ago.The cooling is magnificent love this ac and its cooling.Cools the room in just less than 5 mins.The box was packed well with a number of thermocol protector. Inside the box lied the air conditioner unit, remote along with battery user manual etc. The units plug was not provided. I had to purchase it separately. I personally recommend this air conditioner as you get the best value for your money you have spent. I have used this air conditioner for four years which is such a long period.This air conditioner comes with a one year warranty and five years compressor warranty. But it has been four years now and the air conditioner works absolutely perfectly.No problems with the air conditioner as such till date. There are number of brands in the market but I just tried a switch in my choice and tried something new. Its good because I had purchased a split ac of Hitachi 4 months ago and it had cooling issues.There are some draw backs in this ac. It draws a reasonably high amount of voltage. As we all know that most of the split ac's draw high voltage.The consumer service and support is not up to the mark.The servicing department is not that great they delay in servicing. This ac turns the room too cold and sometimes its uncomfortable.It does not have latest features so if you are looking just for cooling than it alright to buy, otherwise its not the best option.
POSITIVES:-
1) The major good point of this ac is that it cools the room properly, and that's important for any ac.
2) Cools the room quickly, lets say max 5 mins and this is very impressive.
3) Good value for money, because at this price you get powerful cooling.
4) The installation provided is standard installation.It was on time and perfectly installed.
5) The air conditioner comes in copper coils in the compressor which increases the overall lasting of the ac.Unlike aluminium coil ac it lasts for a longer period.This is a good point to focus on while purchasing an air conditioner.
6) The overall built quality the ac is cool it looks good and designed proper unlike other window ac's.
NEGATIVES:-
1) This ac draws a high amount of voltage which may lead to increase in monthly electric bills.
2) The servicing is not at all great because they never deliver service on time, and the servicing is of poor quality.I would rather prefer not to service my ac by the companies servicing provider.
3) This ac does not have much advanced features as such like the other ac's.
4) The company did not provide free installation compared to other companies which provide free installation on their ac's. They charged me for installation.
5) The ac makes a loud noise after say about two years, but that is the body which lies on the outer side. It cannot be heard inside but when you go outside.
FINAL VERDICT:- I would suggest to buy this ac if you are looking for powerful and quick cooling and long lasting though it has a number of drawbacks which cannot be neglected . This ac has a number of good and qualities and bad qualities as well. Personally I had a good experience in terms of cooling and product quality. It works perfectly.I would rate this product for stars because it gave me what I wanted powerful cooling.I don't like the servicing department so please make sure to call some other technician guy rather than calling the service department of the company. So finally I would give a thumps up to the over all built quality of the ac and its cooling, design and lasting on the other hand I would give a thumps down to the servicing, power consumption of the ac.
