AC lost its cooling effect less than 2 months after I bought it. And after making hundreds of calls to the Customer Care for the first free service, no one showed up.
Now it's been an year and the warranty period has ended and they tell me I should pay for the service! I'm willing to pay but still no one from Onida service has shown up! NEVER EVER BUY AN ONIDA PRODUCT!
