I had purchased my onida split ac 1 ton few months ago. first of all the looks are nice installation was easy and quick within a day remote is fine price is comparative. but during hot summer days cooling is not much effective sometime I sweat siiting just under my a.c even when its running from 3 hours. area is also small around 100 square feet but still the cooling is not much effective. customer support is not that good which we expect so I would not recommend this ac for you
