Onida is big electronic brand in India.They make many types of products.
I buy a Onida Split AC price of Rs.22000.We know that Onida is a oldest company So, I was thinking nothing goes wrong with this AC.But It was wrong assumption.
Pathetic Customer service, Had been calling and following up for more than a month and there has been no response. The Customer care asks us to call service center and the service center ask us to call customer care.
The service center is pathetic, they don't have any knowledge of identifying the fault. They come to repair once in 2 weeks and after that there is no response for a week
Then they reply after long time and say parts not available.
The Customer service gives their Service center numbers in Chennai and those guyz also are very irresponsible. They ask me call them every time to followup on the issue
Worst experience and worst customer service with Onida AC.
The cooling of this ac is good also its cheapercompared to major brands so I recommend it have being using it for a month and a no problem been a week since we installed it and its cooling simply.
I simply recommend the product.
