The Service and support is not good even the customer care service is not good they take too much time to respond and even than they tell to wait.
The cooling is also not good and it takes too much time to cool the entire room 20-30 min. And the Ac even makes the annoying sound which is very irritating.
The quality of the ac is not good at all cheap plastic is used by the company and of course the ac is not durable because of the cheap quality plastic used in the product.
This product is not a value for money product
Because many other company's provide better features and survices at this price point.
