Not working within two months of purchase.
Pathetic Customer service, Had been calling and following up for more than a month and there has been no response. The Customer care asks us to call service center and the service center ask us to call customer care.
The service center is pathetic, they don't have any knowledge of identifying the fault. They come to repair once in 2 weeks and after that there is no response for a week.
Then they reply after long time and say parts not available.
The Customer service gives their Service center numbers in Chennai and those guyz also are very irresponsible. They ask me call them every time to followup on the issue.
Worst experience and worst customer service with Onida AC.Its better to be without AC than buying these kind of worst products.
