I am writing this review after continuous usage of two years. We bought this AC two years back for 20, 000 rs from a local dealer. They sent Onida service center people to install the AC. They were quite friendly and caring. They planned and fitted the Indoor vent of the AC according to the structure of our room. They had good tools to make drill on the wall. They even completely sealed the hole drilled on wall using wall putty.
The AC is working fine till now without any trouble. Last year a rat went into the indoor vent of the AC and trashed the wirings. We called the Onida service center and technicians came for service the next day itself. Their customer care is also very good.
Only drawback in onida products is that you cant have lot of designes. Their designes are very narrow and old style.
