Well in todays age where technology is going cheap a large number of companies have surfaced in the price wars, which is a good thing as it gives us customers a variety of option to choose from, but this facility comes with a number of drawbacks such as poor quality, pathetic service and not to forget the so called customer care.i was a victim of such instance.I was a proud owner of a samsung led tv 32 and was in awe of thr clarity and high quality sound but as they say the bug bit me and I decided to go in for a bigger tv and went to my local electronics store there I saw this onida led tv 50 which was priced at 50, 000rs seeing the price I got a bit carried away and decided to purchase the tv but little did I know that buying a indian brand would make my life miserable.within 2 days I came to know my blunder as the picture quality was below average and sound quality isnt worth mentioning also the tv freezes in between when I tried calling the customer care the call never went through and was always told to hold the line, frustrated I contacted the shop from where I purchased it but to my surprise they said cant do anything and I needed to contact the customer support. Guys after spending 50k m still watching a tv which reminds me of childhood days as the quality of sound and viewing is like old tv box sets.so I strongly recommend to go for brands like sony, samsung, lg eyc because despite being costly they are a good investment to make.
