We are having a problem with onida ky thunder21. it does not change channels. sometimes it takes 5 to 15 minutes to start . in winter the problem was not there and by starting the summer season the same problem we are facing.
We are having this problem from one year and before that we used the tv only for two years means after warranty period onida will not give you any service and their customer care center do not respond properly . serviceman says it is wastage of time and money only.
We are not getting any help from them. may be there are not proper service stations in our area but who will solve the problem now suggest me what to do ????? will onida service do something or not ?? should I replace the tv? please care your customers otherwise company will lose their goodwill.hope company will response to their customers
