When u r buying the product take everything in writing from the seller.becoz during service they change there words that warranty is only for motor and not for other parts and also the onida company people r not sending there people for service they have a contact with the third party who in taking incharge of the service, poor quality service& also charging too much of money for the service. To visit also 250 is been charged, charging money without doing any work. Bad customer service.
