I bought an AC last year. Since the time I purchased it, I've been calling them regularly to complain about the noise the AC makes. I was advised to video record the sound and share it, I've done that as well. But no response from Onida. The AC warranty will expire on 20th Mar'17. I believe the company is waiting for the warranty to expire so that I have to pay for service.
My family and friends informed me that the ACs they purchased from other companies were much better. The technicians from these companies( LG/ Godrej)would call them every three months during the first year to service. This is what's known as customer service, but I guess Onida is not aware of it.
Please avoid buying any Onida product. They have the worst customer service.
