this was one of the interesting books i ever read and after reading
this my believe in GOD became more stronger. i listen to my heart and
do what my conscience say. characters in the novel are
all frustrated
and fed up from their lifes but at last after listening to a strange
call that was from GOD they all knew what they exactly have to do to
make their life simpler. though according to me novel was not so
practical.but it bounded me by it’s humour.i found shyam’s behaviour
really very funny but found it to be real as any normal person would
react. i am the type of person who always listen to what her conscience
before taking any decisions  and thus this made this book more
closer to my heart. but i didn’t like the end(when the girl telling the
story suddenly disappears or i may say she was God) and found it to be
very impractical.except that i liked the whole story. the thing which i
liked most about it is that it tells about how people working in the
private companies are exploited by their bosses and how it affect their
professional and even personal life.as most part of the youth taday is
invoved in private jobs.and most of them find call centers a very easy
way to earn money as for this they need not to be much qualified but
they are not aware of the complications that come later.this book puts
light on this affair. also  i would like to appreciate the author
for  describing in book that how americans are making use of us. i
liked this book not only for the story but also for the problems of a
common man  that are described, and how he fights with himself to
bring himself up.

Pros:
humour in the story and style of writing
Cons:
nothing as such
