I read this book when one of my friends suggested me.The book is enjoyable and I must say its not boring.I completed it in a stretch and the problem with the story is that it is pretty unrealistic. The story starts from the normal life of some youngsters and then goes to a fantasy world which I found difficult to relate with. Another problem I felt was that the ending was rather abrupt and the story feels more like a fairy tale.
There isn't much drama in the plot and like every other story of Chetan Bhagat this book also relates to youngsters. It is a story which can be read one time. I would have called Chetan Bhagat a perfect novelist if'One night @ the call center' was not written by him. First disappointing novel by him.
All his earlier novels compelled me to read this one too but will leave you with no message or the story. First of all, the reason that he gave in starting to write this book is complete non-sense. This novel is basically the story of six young friends living their life normally but coping with their personal and some professional issues. And the story reaches at its climax when god calls one of them and proving to be a turning point. But Chetan Bhagat has involved much of fiction and hence you will not feel related to this novel in any part.
His other novels were also about youth love, passion but was relatable, not like this one. Movie'hello' is inspired by this novel and needless to say, is a big flop on screen.
Reading this novel is a complete waste of time. This novel had made sense if it was titled'tangled story'.
