I really loved chethan's work in his first book Five Point someone, But, I don't know what has gotten into him while writing the remaining books. I don't want to be mean but The book is too plain, a standard plot of group of friends, some of them having relationship issues, making out in a car, all other nasty things of a night time call center employees only with an illogical point of god talking to them out of nowhere.
One Night at the Call Center's writing style was really plain. It's just plain english, there were no exceptional descriptions of a scene, just the plain way of description which of course would make the imagination easier but would take away the fun of reading. As I said before, The book revolves around a group of 6 call center employees with god calling them suddenly out of nowhere and offering them solutions to problems.
I have read Sidney sheldon, John Grisham books and This book does not come anywhere near them. The plot is too basic, The style is too plain, Sometimes I feel like, Chethan Bhagat cannot write a book without at least 5 pages of talking about sex.
