My wife and I travelled economy class with OA on 3/01/11 and 3/03/11 on return flights LHR-Muscat-Trivandrum. On both trips, aircrew were surly, lazy, talking amongst themselves, loathe to serve any food, refused us a small bottle of wine, then accused us of being 'drunken passengers' despite the fact that we had not been drinking, as we boarded our flight in the early hours of the morning.
The toilets were flooded, smelt of stale urine even at the start of the flights. Overall this was the worst experience in the air in over 200 flights, and many flights with other Middle Eastern airlines, all of which had previously been excellent. We tried OA once but have learnt our lesson the hard way. Horrible experience, never to be repeated. Complaint to OA so far ignored.
