Am humbled with their ground staffs. am sharing my experince, when I booked 4 tickets from bangalore to muscat recently in which my family was joining me hear in oman and they ware traveling in flight for the first time, so as a middle man I had lot of things to cantrol in my budget and this was the direct airline from bangalore to muscat for 3 hrs approx with a very afordable price and with finest flight service, I was bit late that day to recive my family when they arrived in muscat and it was a new country and new language in all for them in oman, but thank god it was oman Air's crew members and ground staff, who helped my parents to get relaxed in their office in muscat airport and communicated them with very frindly maner in our language which made my parents to be in ease then till I was arrived to airport they took very good care of their customers with very good hospitality, this was a good part of their after sales service.
