Never ever travel or buy tickets more specifically buy tickets of OMAN AIR online.
I am a business class passenger bought ticket online but was not able to travel on the date so cancelled it on the 29th of January 2014 and today it's 9th march 2014 with literally no reply from the refund department.
No one is willing to talk on the phone and surprisingly their email is on auto reply that the refund dep does not entertain refunds through emails pls submit online form.
I have done that a couple of times but no reply their customer service which is pathetic. Even the staff at local branch office is rude and non cooperative. The only answer I get through call center is that my refund is in progress.
Imagine this is business class what will happen with economy class passengers? Calls to Oman Air are very expensive.
NEVER TRAVEL in OMAN AIR. Don't even think.
