The most horrifying experience of our lives. We purchased tickets last October for our flight in April. The Station Manager at Amman Airport told us that we could not take the flight since our credit card company denied our purchase. This was not true!
We called up our credit card company who confirmed that we purchased the tickets, the purchase went through, and we paid our bill! The Station Manager would not hear of it. She kept saying that we never purchased the tickets despite getting emailed itineraries with our seat assignments.
We had to book a last minute flight on another international airline which cost a ton of money in order to get to Muscat. This also cost a whole lot more money since we didn't need our hotel room in Muscat the first night since we were arriving at 6 am.
We also had to buy a last-minute ticket from Muscat to Abu Dhabi in order to continue on our trip. The Station Manager was incredibly rude to us and completely lied to us.
We both have never been treated so poorly by a business and its representative in our lives and from what we have read online, we are not the only ones that this has happened to. Beware and avoid this airline at all costs!
