The title says it all...I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Chennai on 6th June 2013 however on 4th June 2013 I got a SMS stating the service has been cancelled and no alternatives can be arranged! So I had to go to their office in Koramangala to check the status.
I was able to find just one front desk person who was asking everyone to contact the Customer care for any queries that were asked to him. Had to tell you that their Customer Care won't pick-up any calls at all by the way!. When my turn came, he asked me to send the following information through an email so that their Customer care will work with their Finance team and arrange the refund.

Bank IFSC -* Even after providing this requested information, I still haven’t got my refund of Rs.1850/-yet. Sent so many reminders & calls were made – but no response. Whenever I send an email I get this automated message but again, as mentioned it’s of no use. *From: Front Desk

So I would like to caution you all that please don't book any tickets on Olivea; rather book something in KSRTC or any other Operator – this way you can save your hard earned money and won't get cheated.
If someone from Olivea reads this post– Rather than cheating people you guys can go and beg.
