WoW! Another amazing product from India! Unbelievable! I try this rum for the first time in a upscale Indian restaurant after eating dinner with a few friends. This dark rum is just AMAZING! Lots of flavors and depth. Hints of spices, wood, and a nice creamy taste. This rum is good for sipping; and mixing when you want a excellent rum mixed cocktail! Old Monk rum is definately better than alot of other dark rums currently available in the market. The appearance of the bottle is nice and the negative is that the label can use a little more working. Too dark. But than again it fits the rum! Tough to find in the liquor store, but if you see it. BUY IT! Excellent investment for the liquor cabinet.
