I called up Ola to book a cab from BTM.The booking was confirmed and I received an SMS giving me the details of the driver and the car.It was past the scheduled pick up time but no one showed up. When I called up the driver, he said that he was not informed and is unaware of the booking.He added that he is far away from the pick up location and is logging out.
My parents being new in the city were waiting helplessly for the cab and thanks to Ola they had to face great difficulty in getting an auto back home .
I called back Ola complaining about their inefficient service and they cancelled the booking after regretting for the inconvenience.Minutes later I get a call from another
driver saying he has arrived and is ready for the pick up to which I replied that I made no further booking.Then I get an SMS giving me the details of another driver followed by another message of booking cancellation due to a delay.
Such a mess this entire episode has been.Such carelessness is not expected from a service provider upon which we lay our valuable trust.Huge time disappointment.!
