It is true that Ola cab is cheating the people by misleading them.
I booked a mini cab on 7/12/2014 vide CRN 19505934. The cab was booked for 3.00PM. It reported at 3.38PM. The message came so the meter started at 3.38PM.
I reached New Delhi Railway Station. The driver gave me the bill showing 19 minutes of waiting.
When I asked the driver about it, he told me that this waiting was during the journey. I was surprised and shocked to know that the stoppage time at red lights/ traffic jam is included in the waiting time, as if the passenger was responsible for it.
As I was in hurry, to catch the train, I could not argue more. Pathetic service by OLA Cab. Quite an innovation, in cheating the passengers.
