Worst experience ever with a driver(Sameer Sarkar OSM 100310615 MH 48 F 2218) having so much attitude that he refused to take the shorter route and declined to drop my mother at shivaji park enroute lower parel. he refused to switch on even the AC.
His words were "aap complaint karlo".you rock OLA. I do not know if the drivers even go through a screening process before hiring such fools and harassing the customers.
