Unreliable service. Review on Ola Cabs

I was confirmed for a booking at 8:30 pm night from office to home. A driver was allocated to my booking. The driver asked me the drop location. When I told him about the drop location he said OK and said will come. In the background he cancelled the call. I got a confirmation call back asking if I had cancelled the call. I opted for NO. I called back the driver what happened and why he cancelled the call. He said his cab was hit by a two wheeler. So I tried to by book another cab, as it was late and there where no cab available. But I got a cab it was the same person. He again asked me about the drop place once he came to know it was me back again he immediately cancelled and wont pick my calls this time. On raising this issue with Ola they give me the default answer that will take strict action. But won't tell what they are going to do nor what actions they are going to take if a driver cancelled the call at night time. These propel wont even take responsibility for their mistake and take the customer for granted.
