I actually booked a room for a different date(25th june) but the booking ended up in a different date(24th June). I called up the Customer service desk to modify it to the original date. I was denied to make any change to the bookings made.
The executive simply asked me to cancel the booking and make a new one. But I will not be refunded with anything. I ended up paying double for a glitch on their app. Seriously frustrating. Will not recommend Oyo to any of my friends.
