This is my detailed feedback for giving 1 star to hotel airport plaza:-


1) Bad location of hotel, they should show photo of locality as well.


2) No parking or support. Unprofessional parking near hotel in a dusty plot of land with rocks and stones. They dont give a receipt to you for parking and charge money in advance. There are no signboards outside hotel showing parking way and no gatekeeper to guide.


3) Lift in hotel was not working and we had an NRI guest with us who has cardiac issues and had to climb two floors of stairs.


4) No Soap / Towel / handwash in the Washroom. Very strange.


5) The flush system of toilet was leaking water. When you sit on the seat, water constantly falls on your left side of the body.We informed the management twice, first time he suggested a jugaad which didnt work. Second time he apologised that plumber is not present and will only be avalailable next morning.


6) While me and my wife were in the room, she showed me medium sized cockroaches crawling on the fridge, over the ceiling, toilet door and on the edge of our bed. I hope you understand what a nightmare it was for both of us.


7) There was continuous disturbance whole night from partying neighbours. When we stepped out of the room to go to the airport there were food leftovers(chicken bones), garbage and dry mud all in the corridor and it smelled very bad.


8) we came back with the 3rd roommate our nri relative and it was humiliating to see this unprofessionalism and garbage . We woke up the caretaker/manager who was sleeping on the sofa of the reception and reminded him to arrange for the extra bed since we had booked room for 3 guests. After ten minutes a half awake guy knocked our door. He had brought with him a bed mattress. As he held the large mattress infront of us we almost puked seeing the amount of chewing gums, peanut shells, spider web and a huge ball of cobbled hair stuck to the whole surface.


9) we impolitly requested him to leave the room. It was about 3 am in the morning. We decided to quietly spend the remaining 2-3 hours till the break of dawn. At 6 am we checked out of the hotel.


I have written this long feedback not because I have ample free time, but because it was a horrible experience for me and my family and also embarrassing for me since I was the one who did the booking through oyo. I dont want any one to go through the same ordeal which we went.


Also the last hotel I booked with oyo was much much much better experience than this one, so I really cant blame Oyo completely. But yes it did mislead me into choosing this nightmare.
