I haven't seen any advertisement for this air conditioning ever on television however, if you ask any home appliances shop owner which is the best air conditioner? Hands down all say its O general regardless of what they are selling. I didn't know about this company a few years ago, my brother bought one and I said, it's a big mistake.
My brother told me that this one is far better than any other in the market, which I obviously didn't believe. However, when I researched about the product I got very surprised. We had it installed 5 years ago and till date there no problem with the product, On the other hand the other air conditioner by the company Haier had to be repaired thrice in two years.
The only problem with O general is the price, it is at least ten to fifteen thousand rupees more than the other air conditioners. The reason I would buy it again if I need to is the reliability and the low maintenance of the product.
