I purchased O general split AC on 6 May 2016.Soon after its installation it started non cooling.On complain company representative said there is a gas leakage problem.They repaired the AC and refilled the gas but the problem continued.I again registered a complain the call no. of which is BIH11607260001.This time the company representative took the outer and inner unit to their service centre.They replaced the outer unit but even than AC was not cooling.Upon my request to replace the inner unit they started narating a new theory of under tonnage meaning thereby that my room is of bigger size while capacity of AC is lessser i.e. 1.5 T. I asked them atleast some cool air should be felt infront of AC or not? and why not to do test with other inner unit but they do not want to do a test infront of us at our residence.They are insisting for resending the unit to service centre.The point is that why should a customer get his 3-4 month AC repaired again and again?
In my opinion the after service of this branded Ogeneral AC is worst.Some of their products are non cooling and unfortunately no body is going to listen and redress your problem after purchase.
