Its a Total Harassment and Waste of Money .
I bought Split Inverted Ac and it has run for only Three Months
First Month Motor went down, Second month another major component and third Month PCB is gone Ironically,
Every time they have behaved badly and took more than 3 to 7 Days to replace after Writing Many mails, SMS and Calls
I have been calling Sanjiv Punj multiple times and he is not even taking the calls, ignoring my SMS and now I have written 5 Mails and still no response
Only SMS is sent stating your call has been assigned to so and so, now other input, it has been 4 days since the PCB is not working and this Person does not want to confirm when will this be replaced
Sad and I wil humbly request all not to waste money
