O General Air Conditioner is a very costly Air Conditioner in my views because of its limited features and functions.
The cooling capacity is good at initial stage but after its regular usage it doesn't work properly and this Air Conditioner don't give those services and support which could satisfy its customers.
The reliability and longevity of this Air Conditioner is unimpressive. This Air Conditioner makes a huge sound which could disappoint its customers very much.
The major drawback of this Air Conditioner is its high price with limited range of features.
I am not happy with this product.
