I heard a lot about the O'general air conditioner that it is the best among all the available brands. I cannot comment anything yet about the product as I have used only during couple of instances. However, the after sales service is worst or should I say "NIL" service at all. The customer care exists only for name sake. They will take your service request, send you one message with complaint number, that is all, they will not even bother to contact you after that.
The technicians are very headstrong people, they will not even listen to you. One more important thing, beware of these technicians when they are installing the indoor unit, don't leave them unattended, if not you may lose your valuables. They gave us lot of trouble during installation, I have to call the area sales managers multiple times for installation. They have not closed the hole made in the wall properly, and they did not even let us do it ourselves.
Due to their negligence, we are facing water leakage problem through this hole in our new flat. When I called the customer care and asked for support they registered my complaint and said a technician will attend within 24-48 hours. It has been four days, I have been calling them multiple times, however, no response yet. What is the purpose of having a great product in your house when you cant use it when you really need it just because of the poor after sales service?
