Its not good. Review on O General Air Conditioner

For our office and domestic we sold about 10 popular cut up ACs over the last 2 years. Most of those are Inverter splits touted because the’great’. Of those 6 have failed: A 2 ton compressor failed. Some other 2 ton - PCB failed. A 1.5 ton - fan motor fialed. 1 ton ACs - PCB failed. 1 ton AC - cooling coil gas leak. The first three have been in guarantee and it took popular almost three months to repair - notwithstanding my pleadings of producing defects these have been never replaced. By the point those were repaired the summer season is nearly over. The 3 x 1 ton devices have no longer been repaired or changed but and my pleadings with fashionable have yielded no reaction. This has been happening for 6 months - by which period fashionable will effectively declare these are out of warranty. Standard is perhaps the worst Air Conditioner organisation in India and that I hope others do no longer fall of their lure as I did. Buying those ACs changed into the worst choice I ought to have made and its cash completely down the drain. I'm left with out a option but to sue them in courtroom for terrible exceptional. Repeated phone calls to Saurav:+ninety one 88008 9xxxx and Amit Ahuja(supposedly a popular supervisor!)+91 98100 2xxxx have yielded no consequences. Not even a courtesy of a go back phone call.
