Service and support : - there is no good service I dont even like this AC. No cooling makes more air pollution.
Sound : - this AC does not cool the room but rather make more sounds from inside the AC and make pollution of sound by more noise.
Warrenty : - the warrenty of this product is not properly made and it is all according to the terms and conditions.
Cooling : - this AC does not make a single small room cool. Rather it makes more sounds and also gives trouble many times.
