Hello, my name is nikhil. Iam sharing my personal experience with this ac. I purchased this ac at the beginning of this month and 15 days later also purchased a 1.5 ton invertor. After a few days, the ac started giving problems. Due to some reason it's compressor was automatically turned down and the ac stopped working. After 7 visits by their service team, replacing of each and every part in the indoor and outdoor units started but still the ac behaved the same. These major issues in this model were difficult to be solved for their own management. I don't think they are able to solve this problem. Now I am stuck with this brand new worthless air conditioner whuch has 0 functioning capacity. I strongly recommend readers to opt for a different company and avoid getting stuck in a loop of never ending problems with this ac. Thank you.
