O general a/c is the most wrost and fake company n very poor in their service and very bad attitude to way of talking. Pathetic service.guys i'll advice please dont purchase o general a/c. I hate this product n I just to file a leagal notice against the company last year in august purchase this ac n in april month its breakown.
Suddenly stop working and when u call company for service they said tomorrow we will mam now its almost 2 week but their technician never come and no services atall.its totally unbearable behave. Its not reliable n trustworthy company
