I purchased O General split ventilating on a year prior in installments.After 3 months it started non cooling.On complaining, association assign said there is a gas spillage problem.They repaired the aeration and cooling system and refilled the gas yet the issue continued.I again enrolled a protest to the customercare on call.This time the association operator took the outer and inside unit to their organization centre.They supplanted the outside unit however even than ventilating was not cooling.Upon my sales to supplant the internal unit they started narating another speculation of under tonnage importance thusly that my room is of more noteworthy size while utmost of cooling is lessser i.e. 1.5 T. I asked them atleast some cool air should be felt infront of aerating and cooling or not? besides, why not to do test with other internal unit but instead they would incline toward not to do a test infront of us at our residence.They are requesting for resending the unit to profit centre.The point is that why should a customer get his 3-4 month cooling repaired again and again? As I might want to think the after organization of this stamped Ogeneral Air molding is worst.Some of their things are non cooling and deplorably no body is going to listen and change your issue after purchase.
