I choose this product because when I was beginner in to built muscles I have to try each and every product because I want to check which will suit my body. I workout daily and to built muscles protein is must which anybody can have through diet and supplements( protein powder) and to built muscle this product is not too good or not for those who workout daily and are gymaholic.
There are far better products in India and alternative for this product is Six-Pack nutrition in terms of protein. those who do not workout can have this product but those who workout and want to have muscles should not take this product guy's, You guy's need good quality protein which this is not .!
