I am a thin guy, so I always try to build my body a little more. One  day one of my friend suggested me to take this protein powder for increase my muscle. So I bought this neutrilite protin powder from our near store. I took it for about 1 month.


But I did not noticed a single change in my body , so I am very displeased on this product.My money on this product  get waste.So I think it is not good source of protein for built your muscle, so I don't want to recommend this product to any people.
