Despite being my first time Sidney Sheldon read and very high expectations, I was not at all disappointed. In fact, I wondered why I hadn't picked up any of his wonderful books before.
The story is about three female doctors, Dr. Paige Taylor, on trial for murder, Dr. Kat Hunter, involved in a deadly bet and Dr. Honey Taft, who does everything besides her job, defying the biased views of society and trying to prove themselves in the medical field dominated by men.
These three women face very different challenges and obstacles but their lives are beautifully intertwined. The characters capture readers by their strength, heartaches and abilities and inspire them to believe in the equality of women and men
