Nokia N80 is part of Nokia’s new Nseries of Symbian OS smartphones running S60. It has Symbian OS 9.1 with S60 3rd Edition. Java MIDP 2.0, CLDC 1.1 with support for over-the-air downloads of Java apps. N80 is a 3G smartphone, so it benefits from a wide range of advanced software, plus excellent functionality and connectivity. It has one of the best LCD displays around.

I got my Nokia N80 after lot of efforts.. I had to hunt for it a lot. I enquired about this phone in one

shop near my work place things were going good he told me about all the features etc then I told him ok I would buy this phone, then suddenly i realised that i m only looking for black color... i asked him do u have black color he said i have only silver :(… I wanted to buy only black i had seen that on the website and it looks superb.

I was planning to buy n80 on 17th July as i wanted to gift it to myself on my birthday which was on 18th I went to various places in search of it but couldnt get a black piece anywhere I was disappointed and unhappy. I was fed up of using my old phone which had no features nothing. Next day one of my friends told me that we can get black n80 in Shoppers stop (bandra) i rushed to shoppers in my lunch break and got my nokia n80 (on my birthday). So this is how i bought this phone.

I would like to brief u about some feature of n80 which I like…

3 Mega pixel camera
The main camera is a 3 megapixel affair and takes stunning pictures, expecially when transferred onto your PC. Picture quality is excellent, print quality! much better than most phones on the market. It has dedicated camera button, just flip your phone horizontally, and hold down the camera button on top to snap photos, and your away.

Music Player
It has a digital music player, stereo FM radio, 128MB miniSD card and the Nokia Audio Adapter for your favourite 3.5mm headphones. Special dedicated keys allow for fast and easy access to your music. The N80 has an advanced music player with support for playlists and easy access to your favourite music tracks. Audio quality is excellent.

Nokia Web Browser
Surf the internet like never before. It has revolutionary Nokia Web Browser, it is really fast as compare to other browser available. The Web Browser creates a pop-up replica image of a web page and allows you to move a magnifying panel over the section you wish to view.

WiFi support
The most exciting feature is the WLAN, this phone is the first to have a wireless internet adaptor built in, and is especially handy if you have a wireless router at home, you can access the full internet on your handset, including pages like mouthshut.com, you can also access the internet from wifi hotspots anywhere they are available which is fantastic, places like big malls and macdonalds e.t.c

In conclusion, a great phone with great features, let down only by its battery life, if you dont mind regular charging and your looking for a phone that can replace your digital camera and your MP3 player then this is the one for you.
