The product is bad and after sales service is deplorable. Battery standby time is less tgan 30 minutes and the inbuilt battery charging jack socket comes out of the cell phone. it starts giving trouble after 2 weeks of use and later the set become dead.
My Nokia 6300 mobile set, which I purchased in August,2008 strated giving troubles from very begining and later on became a dead set. Nokia Care Centre did not carry out repair even after keeping the set for 2 days and further damaged the set besides breaking the memory card. Numerous e-mails sent and phone calls made to the Nokia Care and its central offices for replaceement. No concrete reply nor any action. Apathetic and irresponsible attitude of the company forces you to feel cheated and harassed. The set is really bad and so is the company. It is selling substandard and defective sets in India and cheating people. Never touch a Nokia Mobile set. It is a buy and cry set.
