we just bought a 6300 - in second incident of its kind - we found that the screen was malfucntioning ( within 2 hrs of purchase - the

first time use)
on going back to Nokia - I have been told that they will take 10-15 days to repair.
Inspite of admitting it was a factory fault ( a blown up IC cant be our doing in 1st use)

My advice - nokia cell phones might be good - the company sucks

I simply fail to understand the delay and the resultant loss of value for my money due to the faulty handset. May be i’ll file a case of cheating against Nokia. why cant Nokia just own up a resposibility - just beacuse they are market leaders, it doent necessarily means that they can get away with anything

Please please please dont buy a Nokia phone - cause if it gets wrong it actually gets very wrong.
From my personal experience - sony erricson is a lot better
