this cell phone is one hard nut to crack........this is a great cell phone if you are looking for durability, price and basic cell phone operations like sms and calls.............
this phone is small, decent looking, not very bulky ........yeah but its a bit heavy..........but if you are looking for value for money this is it!!!!
i have been using this phone for almost a year now...........pls note that if go for a higher version phone there is a great chance of the software going bad and then you have to keep running around the service centres which dont offer any great service.........
I had a Nokia cell which was the worlds first camera phone, model 7650.....after usage of almost 2 years it had gone bad that is the display was not working...so i took it to one of Nokias service centre in Mumbai called ’’Bright Point’’ which is at Phonex mill. What they first told me was shocking....they said ’’the cell phone is no more supported!!!’’
i was alarmed as i brought this cell almost 2 and a half years back for a sum of 20,000 rupees. now can someone explain if nokia people dont give me service who else will.....so then i waited patiently to meet the manager......i told her everything...she apologised to me and said will keep my cell and check...she got back to me and said the repairs charges would be Rs4000 as the flexi cable had gone bad.............now this is strange the value of phone itself was not more than 5000. when i asked her by what time i will get my cell phone she said it will take 20 days!!!! i was taken aback....it seems these people were getting that component from Finland and putting all the transport charges on me.......its so silly........i just walked out of the service centre.

Now why i reccommend 3310 is because its cheap, not much repair charges. More you go for softwares your phone becomes slow and moreover if the phone goes bad after 2-3 yrs by that time the model might hav gone obselete!!!

so go for 3310!!!!
