I bought a Reliance Nokia 2280 phone a year ago. I had to choose between Nokia 2280 and LG’s basic model(some 2030). I was advised to go for Nokia because of its brand and reliability.

Within

one day of buying the piece, the display went wrong, though I got it repaired after one week from one of their service centers for free. Now I face some battery problem.

Coming to the positive points of the phone, we can download games from R-World, send MMS, watch news, reserve tickets, download & view wallpapers(b/w) and the white light is a plus when compared to other b/w phones and comes with headset.

Considering the negative points, it is bulky and looks ugly. I guess Reliance has stopped shipping this model. Since I faced many problems with display, battery, key pad, frequent restart, frequent glow even when the phone is locked, charging required daily, etc, I wont recommend anyone to go for this Nokia 2280.
