Totally useless creature. Support and service is very bad. It is a failure model. I have wasted rs.19500/-

Nagar Chennai 600017 and attended by Mr.Vinay- Nokia-Mafoi Employee- When I asked about the repair this guy Vinay told he is there to sell the instrument and not to repair the instrument whatever I need I have to contact service centre, why I asked this guy means he is a NOkia contract employee wearing the Badge of NOkia -Mafoi management employee ID. and instrument is not working within a week from the date of purchase.

Please be noted till now I am not satisfied with the repair done by servie centre and moreover the same problem persists till I could not able to speak in the loudspeaker earlier I am using N73 and it is good on loudspeaker and now also I am keeping N78 idle because always I will be travelling in the car and I need Loudspeaker facility, Why I dont want to again give to Nokia care means they have kept my instrument for almost 1 month and returned to me without solving the problem.


Request to take necessary action on Sangeetha Mobiles as well as please arrange to change my instrument at the earliest.
